Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–10 years of construction management experience required.
• Experience reading mechanical and plumbing drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, define scope and quantities.
• Coordinate with design engineers, owner reps and team members.
• Monitor field work for safety, schedule, and quality compliance.
• Organize work packages with labor and cost estimates.
• Track progress and manage project records in a document system.
• Mentor new engineers and support the project manager.
