Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-10 years of construction management experience.
• Experience reviewing mechanical and plumbing drawings and coordinating with design teams.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, define scope and quantities for projects.
• Coordinate with field labor to ensure safety, schedule and quality.
• Monitor progress, manage documentation and control costs.
• Assist project manager and mentor junior engineers.
• Estimate future work and support planning.
