Harder Mechanical Contractors seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects across commercial, industrial, and advanced technology sectors. You willCoordinate with team and field labor to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires leadership of engineers and superintendents, budgeting, reporting, and a focus on meeting project goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with mechanical systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects
• Coordinate with project team and field labor to meet safety, schedule, and quality standards
• Manage project budget and client relationships
• Provide regular status reports to client and company
• Lead project engineers, superintendents, and administrative support
