Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Building Construction, Civil Eng, or related field.
• Previous construction internship or co-op experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and deadline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other key project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain project schedules and resolve field issues.
• Conduct site walks to monitor progress, assist with quality control, and ensure jobsite safety.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and support communication between all stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement and help ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced project teams on active commercial construction projects, playing a key role in project coordination from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
