Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to provide technical leadership on complex engineering projects. You will support the Project Manager in controlling cost, schedule, and client satisfaction while guiding a multidisciplinary team under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include communicating technical issues to the PM, coordinating with clients, managing budgets and schedules, delivering multi-discipline documentation, and ensuring quality through

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering (PE) registration is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of the Hargrove project execution procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inform PM of all technical issues, decisions, and problems on the project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Support PM in managing budgets and schedule; document changes in scope.
• Provide weekly and monthly engineering status reports.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary deliverables and ensure quality control.
