Atwell, LLC in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a Project Engineer who will lead site/civil engineering and land development initiatives, applying strong technical skills to water and wastewater systems, grading, and roadway design. You will oversee projects from entitlements through construction, manage permitting with local agencies, and contribute to client relationships and growth.

Candidates should have a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, and PA experience; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• PE Licensure required.
• Local PA experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD and SewerCAD is preferred.

Mansioni

• Design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management, site grading, and roadway design.
• Oversee projects from entitlements to construction completion.
• Efficiently navigate permitting entitlements across governmental agencies.
• Develop and implement permitting strategies to meet deadlines for developments and commercial projects.
• Engage in marketing initiatives and build strong client/government relationships.
