Job summary

Atwell, LLC in Newark, DE seeks a Senior Project Engineer in Land Development to lead site/civil projects from entitlements through construction, delivering design of water and wastewater systems, grading and roadway work, and permitting strategies.

You will collaborate with clients and government entities, apply AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools, and contribute to marketing and growth while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• PE licensure is required.
• Local experience in Delaware preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Newark, DE.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from entitlements to construction completion.
• Design water/wastewater distribution and drainage systems.
• Navigate and strategize permitting across agencies.
• Engage with clients and government entities to grow the business.
• Support marketing and project growth while ensuring quality and safety.
