Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Project Engineer 2 to support routine construction and field execution on active projects. You will work with the project team on safety, quality plans, punch lists, and self-perform work to understand building processes and JE Dunn methods.

Key duties include monitoring crew size, hours, materials, and progress; preparing daily/weekly reports; coordinating with subcontractors; and maintaining up-to-date drawings and schedules using CMiC and related tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
• Understanding Lean processes and construction technology.
• Ability to collaborate with tradespeople and project team.

Responsibilities

• Participates in QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Supports estimating, scheduling, and change management processes.
• Works on site with the project team to monitor crew size, hours, materials, and equipment.
• Prepares reports (daily, weekly, percentage complete, manpower, schedules).
• Posts drawings and specifications with the latest information and maintains documentation.
• Uses CMiC and other company tools for project administration.
