Job summary

The role emphasizes learning Lean practices, coordinating with foremen and trades, and contributing to daily reports and meetings. Travel may be required as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic construction software.
• Knowledge of Lean processes and productivity improvement.
• Ability to manage self-perform work and collaborate with trades.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support construction projects with project engineering duties on-site.
• Assist with safety and quality plan adherence and documentation.
• Participate in estimating, change management and quantity take-off.
• Track drawings, materials, and equipment; monitor progress and reports.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and support project meetings.
