Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to travel/relocate.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours and endure extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety and quality plans and culture; mentor others.
• Assist with QA/QC planning to ensure quality of tasks.
• Learn estimating and change management processes and review subcontractor proposals.
• Work on site with project team to monitor manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Participate in punch lists, inspections, safety reviews and documentation.
• Update drawings and specifications with the latest information.
• Prepare reports and documentation for project progress and scheduling.
