• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety and quality plans and culture; mentor others.
• Assist with QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Learn estimating and change management processes and review subcontractor proposals.
• Support site operations: monitor crew size, hours, materials, quantities, equipment.
• Prepare and document punch lists, inspections, safety reviews and QA/QC records.
• Disseminate drawings and specs with latest information.
• Organize project meetings; distribute documents.
• Assist in preparing reports (daily/weekly) to support scheduling.
• Conduct site observations with project leadership.
