Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee active construction projects, conduct site visits, review activities, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and code compliance.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage close-out activities, and secure inspection approvals and occupancy certificates, reporting to the Director of Construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction-related field.
• Experience with construction PM software and onsite coordination.
• Knowledge of code, permit and inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete site visits of active construction projects.
• Review site activities and ensure on-time delivery.
• Complete building acceptance walks and close-out activities.
• Obtain inspection approvals and occupancy certificates.
• Address warranty issues from delivery through completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Director of Construction.

• Complete site visits of active construction projects
• Review site activities
• Complete building acceptance walks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and according to quality standards
• Apply knowledge of code, permit, and inspection requirements to obtain inspection approvals and occupancy certificates
• Address Top 3 and warranty issues from clubhouse delivery through completion of the last building
• Complete all project close-out activities
• Collaborate with construction department members and legal, finance, and development project teams
• Report to the Director of Construction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or Architecture required, or Associates Degree and equivalent experience required
• Zero to two (2) years of related experience
• Onsite construction management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of or experience with construction project management software
• Must pass a post-offer criminal background check
