Job summary

Accura Engineering in Manchester, NH seeks a Project Engineer to provide construction project engineering services, including project observation and reporting to government personnel. The role supports development and delivery by implementing government decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies.

You will oversee construction activities, manage contract administration, analyze issues, and coordinate with DoR/CFM for approved solutions, while ensuring QA and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Seven+ years of experience in contract administration and/or office engineering, with knowledge of building construction, construction management, and/or engineering design.
• Experience with USACE/DoD or other federal construction programs preferred.
• Experience with RMS or similar project management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, shop drawings, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, contract administration, and QA activities per policy and regulations.
• Analyze design/construction issues and advise government personnel on contract compliance and environmental requirements.
• Support development and delivery by implementing government decisions, laws, and policies.
• Prepare daily QA reports, technical analyses, and modification scopes of work.
• Review submittals for contract compliance and manage correspondence for signatures.
• Provide field surveillance and prepare QA/QC plans for assigned projects.
