Job summary

Broadmoor, LLC, an employee-owned civil contractor in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Project Management team. You will support daily admin and technical tasks, assist with contracts, procurement, and scheduling, and coordinate with field teams from startup through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in project management, field supervision, estimating, or preconstruction for commercial contractors.
• Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, estimating, and commercial construction trades.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and construction PM/scheduling software.
• Solid budgeting, financial analysis, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management in day-to-day admin and technical operations.
• Assist with contract administration, procurement, document control, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with field operations from startup through closeout.
• Report to the Project Manager; no direct reports.
