Broadmoor, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to join the Project Management team in Baton Rouge. This position offers hands-on commercial construction experience and growth opportunities within an employee-owned company.

The role supports contract administration, procurement, document control, scheduling, and coordination with field operations from startup through closeout. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 1+ year in project management or related areas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience in project management, field supervision, estimating, or preconstruction for a commercial general contractor or subcontractor.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, estimating, and commercial construction trades.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction project-management, estimating, and scheduling software.
• Solid budgeting and financial-analysis skills, with teamwork, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work from Baton Rouge with travel to regional jobsites.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Project Management team in day-to-day technical and administrative operations.
• Assist with contract administration, procurement, document control.
• Contribute to financial and risk management, scheduling, and quality control.
• Coordinate with field operations from startup through completion and closeout.
• Report to the assigned Project Manager; no direct reports.
