Job summary

Broadmoor, LLC in Shreveport/Northwest Louisiana is seeking a Project Engineer to join its Project Management team. With an established backlog of work in the region, this role offers hands-on commercial construction experience and the chance to grow under experienced project leaders.

The Project Engineer will support the PM team in technical and administrative tasks, including contract administration, procurement, document control, scheduling, and coordination with field operations from startup

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of PM, field supervision, estimating, or preconstruction in commercial GC/subcontractor.
• Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, estimating, and commercial trades.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM software.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and financial analysis skills.
• Willingness to work in Shreveport/NW Louisiana with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support project management in day-to-day technical and administrative tasks.
• Assist with contract administration, procurement, document control.
• Contribute to financial and risk management, scheduling, quality control.
• Coordinate with field operations from startup to closeout.
• Report to Project Manager with no direct reports.
