Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a construction engineering professional to support Self-Perform Work on complex projects in the United States. You will work with SPW crews, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure scope, schedules and quality meet project requirements, while contributing to continuous improvement of SPW processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction engineering or project engineering.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; complete within 6 months if hired.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing contract drawings, specifications and submittals for SPW scopes.
• Collaborate with SPW project teams to resolve standard technical questions.
• Monitor activity schedules and budgets, report variances for corrective actions.
• Support SPW QA and safety protocols throughout all phases.
• Prepare SPW documentation: daily crew reports, time/logs, equipment usage, field changes.
• Participate in SPW coordination meetings and communicate progress and issues.
