Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• 3+ years in aerospace engineering and manufacturing; 2+ years in project engineering/management.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans across multiple work streams.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and contract quality.
• Manage Technical Data Packages and other engineering processes.
• Prepare program and project status presentations for stakeholders.
