Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Project Pursuit Lead to drive order growth by qualifying, developing, and securing capital project business.

You will manage the project pipeline and coordinate with internal and external resources, including EPCs and OEMs, to position ITT solutions for project wins. The role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored customer solutions and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex sales within industrial markets such as life sciences, chemical, oil & gas, semiconductor, or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify capital project opportunities and develop pursuit strategies to drive pipeline growth and orders.
• Lead pursuit efforts including strategy development, action plan creation and execution.
• Establish and maintain project pursuit plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal functions (legal, procurement, engineering, customer service) to support project goals.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, EPCs, OEMs, system integrators, and end users.
