Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, manage stakeholder communications, and lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Production, and Quality to meet customer commitments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management for engineering projects, PMP certification, and experience in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience in engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira and Monday.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and identify risks.
Proven ability to plan and execute in an engineering environment.
Willing to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as PM contact for assigned strategic customer accounts and ensure alignment.
Lead recurring customer meetings to report status, milestones, risks, and plans.
Develop and track detailed project schedules using MS Project and other tools.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Production Control, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.
Monitor order status, identify schedule risks, and drive corrective actions.
Escalate issues to leadership and drive timely resolution across teams.
