Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering initiatives from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget and aligned with specifications while coordinating with stakeholders and project teams.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Production, Operations, and Supply Chain, managing schedules, risks, and communications to ensure successful project execution with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management of engineering projects.
• Proficient with MS Project, Jira, and Monday.com.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to identify project risk, scope creep, and missing requirements.
• Demonstrated track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ITAR compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PM for assigned strategic customer accounts with clear communication.
• Lead recurring customer meetings to share status, milestones, schedule updates, risks and recovery plans.
• Develop and track detailed project schedules using MS Project and other tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Production Control, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales.
• Monitor open orders, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to meet delivery, quality and satisfaction goals.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolution across teams.
