Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Managers to ensure work meets plan and spec requirements.
• Reviews shop drawings and submittals for compliance.
• Supports value analysis and constructability reviews with materials selection.
• Participates in project meetings and distributes minutes.
• Publishes weekly progress reports and maintains project schedules.
• Assists in bidding and development of scope for trade contractors.
• Prepares and updates schedules with milestones and shop drawing deadlines.
• Maintains logs for shop drawings, RFI, change requests.
• Ensures proper procedures for concrete pours and inspects reinforcement.
• Coordinates slump and compaction testing to verify specs.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports unsafe activities.
