Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience or 6 years construction related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Competencies: reading, writing, communication, problem solving, teamwork, cost awareness

Responsibilities

• Generates and obtains approvals of monthly billing and earned values.
• Develops and manages the project schedule on small or mid-sized projects.
• Analyzes targets and job cost summaries and other reports.
• Alerts the Superintendent and Project Manager of project impacts related to resources.
• Manages cost reporting, procurement plans, and change orders as needed.
• Supports project turnover, field records, and closeout documentation.
