Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' of construction-related experience, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and regulations
• Cost accounting understanding and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Generate and obtain approvals of monthly billing and earned values
• Develop and manage project schedules for small to mid-sized projects
• Analyze project targets, job cost summaries and other reports
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Manager on resource management and scheduling
• Prepare procurement plans, estimates for changes, and PO administration
• Lead LEAN/SQP initiatives and ensure compliance with subcontract requirements
