Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years’ experience or 6 years’ construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generates and obtains approvals of monthly billing and earned values.
• Develops and manages the project schedule on small or mid-sized projects.
• Analyzes targets and job cost summaries and other reports.
• Alerts the Superintendent and Project Manager of project impact relating to resource management and crew make-up/size.
• Generates estimates of change orders and interfaces with pre-construction on bids.
• Coordinates with the project team to develop procurement plans and budgets.
• Generates material quantity take-offs and delivery terms for procurement.
