• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors and Turner staff and Owner's Representatives to resolve issues.
• Oversee and decide on contract drawings and subcontract information; ensure drawings relate to the estimate.
• Manage the project budget.
• Manage submittals and shop drawings; assess conformance to contract specs; resolve conflicts.
• Negotiate Change Orders; manage changes in work; obtain approvals.
