Job summary

Turner Construction Company is hiring an Engineer responsible for planning, evaluating, and coordinating information to deliver projects on time, within budget, and per contract documents. The role includes supervision of junior staff and ensuring alignment between drawings, specifications, and estimates.

You will work with Architects, Subcontractors, and Owners to resolve issues, manage changes, and oversee the close-out process, including RFIs and OMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of four years of related experience.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with Architects, Subcontractors, Consultants, Suppliers, Inspectors and Owner's Representatives to resolve plan and specification issues.
• Oversee and decide on contract drawings and subcontract information; ensure drawings relate to the estimate.
• Manage the project budget and submittals, shop drawings, and conformance to contract specs.
