Job summary

Turner Construction Company, a national construction leader, is seeking a project-level engineering leader to supervise policies and ensure clear information flow across the project team. You will work closely with field operations, design professionals, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, BIM and Lean expertise, and experience in budgeting, procurement, and close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost control and estimating.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean on projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project-level engineering and admin policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure information transfer.
• Lead and develop Turner engineering staff; perform appraisals.
• Ensure safety, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Manage procurement schedules, buyouts and major purchases.
• Administer subcontract change orders and project close-out.
