Collins Aerospace is seeking a Principal Project Engineer to join our Global Engineering & Technology Center in Puerto Rico. In this hybrid role, you will lead high-visibility Environment and Aircraft Control Systems (EACS) programs, guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining integrated project schedules.

We are looking for a highly motivated engineering leader with strong strategic thinking and communication skills to ensure collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 5 years.
• Experience leading complex, multifunction engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Principal Engineering Lead for EACS project execution.
• Develop, maintain, and govern integrated project schedules.
• Lead recurring project and technical reviews.
