Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Puerto Rico is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer to lead complex facilities projects across utilities, buildings, and infrastructure as part of the Facilities Master Plan. You will manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and coordinate contractors to deliver reliable, safe, and compliant infrastructure. The onsite role is based in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico.

U.S. citizenship is required; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience communicating in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities projects and infrastructure improvements across utilities, power, buildings, and other site systems to support the Facilities Master Plan.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including HVAC, ventilation, UPS systems, generators, chillers, and related utilities.
• Coordinate maintenance, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management for facilities projects and maintenance activities.
• Ensure facility operations comply with OSHA and environmental requirements while maintaining records.
