Collins Aerospace is seeking a PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Process Owner to join our Global Chemical Substances (GCS) organization supporting Power & Controls (P&C). We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented engineering professional who can lead PFEP maturity, coordinate complex regulatory‑driven engineering changes, and manage high-volume tracking activities across global teams. In this role, you will oversee Plan for Every Part (PFEP) processes, support change request (CR) execution, and ensure clear communication with engineering, operations, leadership, and external customers. You will collaborate with project engineers, Change Request writers, global operations teams, business leaders, and product lines to define and manage REACH‑related changes, prepare customer mitigation plans, and maintain accurate PFEP data across PowerBI and internal trackers. This position is ideal for someone who excels at organizing cross‑functional efforts, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered. This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
