Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Washington, DC area seeks an Entry Level Project Engineer to join our Advanced Facilities Group. You’ll support on-site teams with safety, QA/QC, estimating, and documentation while learning from experienced professionals on complex industrial, data center, and manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Entry level construction experience.
• Willingness to travel/relocation for projects.

Responsibilities

• Supports safety and quality planning and documentation on projects.
• Assists with QA/QC planning to ensure quality for tasks.
• Learns estimating and change management processes and tools.
• Works on site with project team to monitor crew, materials, and equipment.
• Participates in punch lists, inspections, safety and quality reviews.
• Posts drawings and specifications with the latest information.
• Prepares and disseminates project documentation and reports.
• Supports project close-out activities and lean implementation.
