Job summary

Chiu Teng Construction Co. Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee on-site structural and architectural works in a demanding project environment.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality. Responsibilities include preparing weekly progress reports, monitoring manpower and material planning, and ensuring adherence to authority requirements while supporting planning, execution, and scheduling.

• Prepare weekly site progress reports and documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials planning, and ordering on site.
• Ensure work quality to meet authority requirements.
• Support project planning, execution, and scheduling.
• Engage in coordination for all submissions and meetings.

Job description

• Reports to Project Manager
• To assist in site supervision structural and architectural works
• Coordinate with consultant RTO / RE.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submissions
• Produce weekly site progress reports
• Attend subcon meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in LTA project
• Building and Architectural experiences
• Conquas Knowledge
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Independent with good communication skill
