Job summary

You will interpret drawings, manage RFIs, supervise site activities, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with program, budget, and quality targets.
• Coordinate site engineering activities across earthworks, drainage, highways, or structural elements.
• Interpret and manage construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Set out works and verify accuracy of surveys, levels, and quantities.
• Monitor progress on-site and assist in short-term and long-term program planning.
• Manage technical queries (RFIs) and resolve design or construction issues with the design team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards (HSEQ) and relevant regulations.
• Support commercial teams with valuations, cost tracking, variations, and change control.
• Maintain accurate site records, including as-built drawings and daily reports.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work meets contractual and technical requirements.
