Qualifications

  • Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work in outdoor environments.
  • Freshers with good technical knowledge can also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed as per plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, vendors, and project management for smooth execution.
  • Ensure construction and development work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical or construction-related issues.
  • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship used at the site.
  • Check measurements and quantities of completed work for billing and verification purposes.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, measurements, and site records.
  • Monitor the availability and proper usage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the concerned teams for road work, drainage, electrical work, water facilities, landscaping, and other infrastructure activities.
  • Track project progress and report delays, material requirements, and site issues to the management.
  • Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate with surveyors and other technical teams for site measurements, leveling, marking, and layout verification.
  • Handle customer/site-related technical queries when required and support the sales and management teams during site visits.
  • Ensure the site is maintained in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
  • Perform other technical and site-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
