Job summary

United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. seeks a detail-oriented Document Controller in Phoenix to maintain electronic and hardcopy project documents and ensure timely access and distribution of information for management and project teams.

The role requires knowledge of document control processes, metadata, and strong proficiency in MS Office, with 1–3+ years of experience using an electronic document management system. Local travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of relevant experience using an electronic document management system.
  • Familiarity with metadata, tags, and attributes of construction and non-construction documents.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Possess good knowledge of document control management processes and standards.
  • Log, track, retrieve, and maintain proper organization and storage of all project documents including submittal and deliverable tracking and project logs.
  • Utilize owner-provided Construction Management software.
  • Review inspector’s daily reports for accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Subcontractors to expedite turnaround times on submittal and deliverable transmissions and reviews.
  • Print permitted drawings for city inspector reviews.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
