Job summary

Metro Technology Centers in Oklahoma City seeks a Coordinator, Workforce Development to manage training logistics, enrollment, scheduling, locations, and materials to ensure programs meet client needs.

The role requires strong communication, public speaking, and MS Office skills. A Bachelor's degree and at least five years in student or client relations and training coordination are preferred. Reports to the Director of Economic and Workforce Development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum, business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in student and client relations/education, enrollment, training coordination, or administrative support.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage training logistics, enrollment, scheduling, securing locations, and managing course materials.
  • Verify training information and contracts to ensure requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with district departments and external partners to align programs with industry standards.
  • Provide tours and campus information to potential clients and greet guests professionally.
  • Meet reporting deadlines and utilize MS Word/Excel for documentation and records.
