• Bachelor’s degree (or technical discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in project selling and specification influence in Industrial Paint and Coatings.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with pipeline management expertise (Salesforce preferred).

Seeking a strategic, collaborative Project Development Manager in the Northeast to support an assigned territory. You’ll drive project growth by engaging early with engineers, architects, EPCs, and other key decision-makers and leading cross-functional teams to secure early specifications and project wins.

Location: Candidates should be located in the Philadelphia or Pittsburgh metro areas.

• Bachelor’s degree (or technical discipline) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales experience in project selling and specification influence in Industrial Paint and Coatings.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams

Physical Requirements:

• Minimal physical activity; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
• Extended computer use (up to 8 hours/day)
• Occasional exposure to chemicals
