Job summary

Rexel USA in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Projects process and Sales teams. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience from project bid to order entry and coordination.

You will learn project management, assist with bid packages, RFQs, and vendor communications, while developing strong customer service and administrative skills in a fast-paced electrical distribution environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior experience in customer service, project management, or electrical distribution industry is a plus.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Train on all aspects of the Projects process, including quoting and project management.
• Assist in reviewing bid packages and requirements.
• Format requests into a standardized Project House spreadsheet for bid review.
• Issue RFQs to vendors and communicate deadlines and project details.
• Enter purchase orders and customer invoices.
• Assist Project Managers with expediting, order entry, returns and freight claims.
