Key duties include maintaining records in D365, inspecting proofs for accuracy, coordinating estimates, and updating project status.

Qualifications

• Prefer a 2-year technical/business degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for projects and support the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate project records in D365.
• Review proofs and coordinate client communications.
• Help manage project timelines and changes as needed.
