Job summary

Kustom is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Directors, focusing on efficient project execution, timely timelines, and profitability. The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining project data across systems, processing invoices and timecards, coordinating job walks, engaging subcontractors, and supporting weekly production meetings.

• Familiarity with ADP, Salesforce, DASH, Sage, TimberScan, and Coupa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Documentation: Update project management and TPAs systems with accurate data; generate and process invoices with supporting documentation; verify timecards in ADP.
• Customer Relations and Education: Serve as primary point of contact for customers; educate customers on project processes.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule job walks; coordinate appointments; engage subcontractors as needed.
• Meeting Preparation and Support: Assist in preparing for weekly production meetings; compile documentation; track status and milestones; collect payments for deductibles, change orders, supplements, and invoices; manage change orders and supplements.
