Job summary

Redecam USA, LLC is seeking an experienced Order Management/Procurement professional to oversee product supply orders from handover by Sales through final delivery and project closure. You will ensure compliance with contracts, budget, schedule, quality, and customer expectations while coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to deliver profitable, timely results.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts and service orders through full execution cycle.
• Coordinate procurement activities, supplier follow-up, and expediting.
• Monitor order progress, delivery schedules, and customer commitments.
• Interface with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations.
• Ensure order documentation, ERP updates, and project records.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate status to customers and management.
• Support invoicing, cash collection follow-up, and margin monitoring.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of aftermarket and spare-parts processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned spare parts and service orders throughout the full execution cycle.
• Coordinate procurement activities, supplier follow-up, and expediting actions.
• Monitor order progress, delivery schedules, and customer commitments.
• Interface with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Ensure correct order documentation, ERP updates, and project records.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate execution status to customers and management.
• Support invoicing, cash collection follow-up, and margin monitoring.
• Manage changes, variation requests, and customer claims when applicable.
• Identify execution risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of aftermarket and spare-parts processes.
