Caliberr Staffing seeks an Aftermarket Logistics Coordinator to ensure spare parts reach customers efficiently. You will manage end-to-end fulfillment, perform inventory control, and use ERP systems to document shipments and maintain accuracy across domestic and international orders.

You will execute picking, packing, shipping, and kitting, conduct regular cycle counts, and enforce ISO-compliant quality and safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in picking, packing, and inventory management processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the picking, packing, and shipping of spare parts to meet domestic and international delivery timelines.
• Manage kitting work orders to support production assembly requirements.
• Maintain precise inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
