Responsibilities

• Writing purchase orders for project materials
• Tracking and managing material orders
• Validating material invoices against material received
• Managing project documentation
• Identifying and communicating issues and challenges
• Coordinating information to and from subcontractors
• Coordinating information to and from clients
• Manage equipment rentals and procurement.
• Assist in developing work schedules and labor/crew planning.
• Assist in developing monthly billings and invoices to send to accounting.
• Liaising between departments on behalf of Project Management
