Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security or commercial systems integration
• PropTech or enterprise electronic security experience
• Knowledge of access control and video surveillance platforms

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple security integration projects
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors ensuring adherence to SOW and safety standards
• Conduct site walks to assess dependencies and identify readiness risks
• Review drawings and ensure proper programming of security systems
• Track labor and materials, manage change orders and costs
• Coordinate commissioning, punch lists, and closeout documentation
