Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the PMO in quoting, execution, and closeout of Load Bank projects. You will coordinate with sales and operations, manage ERP data, and assist with field visits and admin tasks to ensure timely, accurate project outcomes.

The role requires five years of experience in power distribution, formal electrical training, and strong English communication. Travel around 5% and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in the power distribution/generation field with Load banks, power distribution and power generation equipment.
• Formal Electrical Training and/or PM certification preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs in quoting, execution, and closeout of Load Bank projects.
• Provide technical support to sales and operations teams.
• Manage project data in ERP system: quotes, reservations, contracts, orders, POs.
• Maintain project trackers and prepare OPS and PUN documents.
• Coordinate logistics, schedules, and vendor invoicing; monitor budgets and deadlines.
