Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support PMO activities in Load Bank projects. You will assist with quotes, execution, and closeout, providing technical expertise to sales and operations, and occasionally field support through site visits.

The role requires five years in power distribution/Load banks, formal electrical training, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 5% and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in power distribution/load banks and related equipment.
• Formal Electrical Training is required.
• PM Certification preferred.
• Proficient with a computer and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; willing to travel 5% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with RFQs, budgets, and project tracking.
• Document discussions and action items from project meetings.
• Manage project data in ERP: quotes, contracts, orders, POs.
• Prepare OPS and PUN; support logistics and field site walks.
• Coordinate with Fleet Manager for equipment availability and substitutions.
• Support PMO with documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide timely responses to customer communications and internal requests.
