Job summary

EZARC seeks a Project Coordinator for its OSM business unit to operate as the central hub among customers, engineering, procurement, and production. You will monitor milestones, manage communications, and maintain project documentation while ensuring schedule adherence and cost control.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering releases, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, tracking procurement and production progress, and ensuring quality inspections and on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years coordinating projects in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience supporting semiconductor or advanced manufacturing projects beneficial.
• Strong organization and time-management skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from contract award through engineering, fabrication, shipment, installation, and closeout.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, action items, and documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Coordinate engineering drawing releases, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor procurement, material availability, and production progress.
• Coordinate quality inspections, customer visits, and shipping/installation schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project records including meeting minutes and logs.
• Assist project managers with planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
