Job summary

EZARC's Site Installation Integration Superintendent role oversees modular installation on site in Boise, Idaho. You will align shop off-site module fabrication with on-site assembly, coordinating with engineers, trade partners, and clients to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

You will lead project coordination, field supervision, and scheduling, enforce safety and quality standards, and report progress and milestones to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building systems, prefabrication.
• Experience with structural steel, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day integration of offsite and onsite manufacturing and construction activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules for cross-discipline alignment.
• Develop plans and schedules to execute module installation on site.
• Oversee installation of prefabricated assemblies and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers and trade partners to manage schedule and progress.
