Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support modular manufacturing projects from award through closeout.

You will coordinate between Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and the customer to keep records accurate and deliver on time and within budget. The role develops toward independent project management, with opportunities to advance while ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of project coordination, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to read project schedules, drawings, specifications, proposals, and contractual documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Procore or similar project-management platform.
• Willingness to work in both office and active manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in executing assigned projects from turnover through closeout.
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings and document decisions, responsibilities, and action items.
• Maintain project records, correspondence, drawings, submittals, RFIs, minutes, and approvals in Procore.
• Assist with developing and maintaining project execution plans and milestone schedules.
• Track deliverables across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, customer, and site.
• Elevate risks before they affect the project and prepare weekly status reports.
